We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mathematics Teacher for our Secondary International School, Canada Azerbaijan School, to join our team for the upcoming academic year.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize technology and innovative teaching strategies in daily lessons;
• Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons aligned with the school curriculum (Canadian / International standards);
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment;
• Effectively manage classroom behavior to promote respect and engagement;
• Implement school policies and procedures;
• Assess and monitor student progress regularly;
• Provide constructive and timely feedback to students and parents;
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development;
• Participate in departmental meetings and school-wide initiatives.

Background & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field;
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Mathematics;
• IELTS score of at least 7.0 or  equivalent (C1 level proficiency);
• Experience in international or English-speaking schools is an advantage;
• Familiarity with international curricula (Cambridge / OSSD) is preferred;
