Job description:
- Key Account Managers are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the company’s objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to Commercial Director, including forecasts, sales performance, and market analysis.
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients wholesalers/retailers;
- Effectively carry out market research, demand collection, industry development foresight and work closely with product to improve foreign market sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement;
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with key accounts;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in B2B retail experience.
- Several years of relevant experience, with a focus on foreign markets.
- Ability to build rapport with key clients.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Strong analytical and managerial skills
- Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
