Job description:
- Maintaining existing customer relationships and identifying opportunities with potential customers.
- Establishing business relationships with potential customers and maintaining contact to arrange meetings.
- Developing new sales areas and increasing sales through various methods.
- Researching the latest industry trends and creating new opportunities to expand the business.
- Collaborating with sales and design teams to ensure the achievement of requirements such as sales performance and profit targets.
- Having a strong understanding of the company’s products or services, market position, and competitive environment to maintain business competitiveness.
- Building the company’s image and promoting ethical business practices by collaborating with customers.
- Preparing and ensuring the implementation of the business plan and key annual business KPIs.
- Maintaining and increasing the company’s market share among key end users and developing the regional market
- through new customer acquisition.
- Identifying new accounts and establishing and developing business relationships.
- Building a strong customer service culture.
- Conducting regular visits to end users to meet customer needs and providing continuous support to all customers.
- Ensuring full compliance of all activities with local and company health and safety requirements.
- Analyzing the competitive environment and market trends.
- Having a clear understanding of the company’s value proposition, technology, processes, and existing partnerships, and communicating these effectively.
- Forecasting and setting annual sales quotas by region and estimating expected sales volumes and profits for existing and new products.
- Strategically identifying and resolving customer issues.
- Working with internal teams on behalf of customers to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Coordinating with internal technical support teams to resolve issues that directly impact partners.
- Managing and implementing sales forecasting, planning, and customer-focused sales and marketing processes; ensuring high quality, accuracy, and process consistency across the sales and marketing organization.
- Preparing reports and analytical analyses.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development (preferably in a similar industry).
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, forecasting.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitive environment, and customer needs.
- Fluency in English and in Turkish
