Glensol, operating in the energy sector, is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage HR operations with a strong focus on contracts and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
  • Prepare, review, and administer employment contracts, contract amendments, and related HR documentation in line with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, leaves, promotions, and terminations.
  • Coordinate with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data for salary and benefit processing.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, procedures, and local labor legislation.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, policies, and contractual conditions.
  • Support audits and inspections by maintaining proper HR documentation and records.
  • Prepare HR reports and operational summaries as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of Azerbaijan and HR documentation processes.
  • Proven experience in contract management and employee records administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani; English is required
