Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail strategies to achieve business objectives and growth.

- Provide regular reports to senior management on store performance, customer trends, and operational issues.

- Collaborate with senior management on company-wide strategies.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Monitor store performance, including sales, customer service, and inventory control.
- Ensure stores are operating in compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Lead, manage, and mentor retail managers and staff to meet company standards.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages employee engagement and retention.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to align store promotions with broader marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the visual merchandising strategy to ensure the stores reflect the brand’s image and attract customers.
Main requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (required).
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role overseeing sales teams or multiple locations.
- Proven success in driving sales growth, managing P&L, and executing strategies that enhance business performance.
- Strong background in customer service, sales management, and retail operations.
