Roles & responsibilities:
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of one-year and multi-year workforce plans in accordance with the strategy of the organization;
- Provide forecasting of future workforce needs based on market dynamics, technological progress and business development;
- Implement the design and preparation of workforce plans within the framework of talent management and development programs;
- Ensure strong relationships with internal stakeholders and data providers;
- Lead the process of analytical reporting of HR data, to determine directions for data-driven decision-making;
- Organize the process of visualisation and presentation of complex data on human capital management and lead the process;
- Support the process of enhancement of the total reward and compensation & benefits systems;
- Support the process of enhancement of salary and grading systems;
- Participate in the preparation and control of salary and benefit budgets;
- Manage a team of workforce planning, rewarding and HR analytics professionals.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Data Science and other related fields
- 8 years of work experience in the fields of HR planning, rewarding and analytics (including 3 years in management positions)
- Stronger knowledge in the latest HR metrics, trends and analytical presentation tools;
- Workforce planning and job analysis methods;
- Rewarding and compensation&benefits methodologies;
- Normative documents and legal acts in relevant fields.
