Role Synopsis: Main purpose of this position is to make sure that company’s processes and document management are correct and efficient both legally and methodologically from the company’s governance perspectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct general exercise over Company’s business to understand its business and particularities.
  • Draft and prepare corporate governance framework, policies, procedures and apply necessary methodology where required.
  • Develop, implement and manage document control systems.
  • Ensure proper classification, organization, management and storage (including archive) of documents, both physical and digital and preparing necessary documents
  • Monitor document lifecycle to ensure timely updates, revisions and approvals
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Serve as secretary during board and committee meetings
  • Perform manager’s tasks with high level of knowledge and skills

Desired background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Corporate Governance; a Master's degree in a relevant field is considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate governance, with a solid understanding of the real estate business.
  • Previous experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
