Seeking a dynamic and commercially driven CEO to lead and scale a growing retail chain, with a strong focus on expansion. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution in a multi-store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s growth strategy, with a clear focus on network expansion (new stores, new regions, new formats)
• Lead and develop senior leadership across operations, merchandising and commercial functions
• Oversee site selection, store rollout and expansion
• Optimize store performance and customer experience across the network
• Ensure strong financial performance, P&L ownership and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CEO, General Manager or senior executive in a retail environment
• Strong track record in retail expansion and multi-store growth
• Solid category management expertise (assortment planning, pricing, supplier negotiation)
• Experience managing multi-site/store operations
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, unit economics and business scaling principles
• Strong leadership, decision-making and stakeholder management skills

Deep understanding of the Azerbaijani retail market is a must.
